Category: Banner/Pennat

Playing around with my larger letters (7″) using the chevron design, just wanted to show you how it looks like so far using chipboard for durability. Do stop by for the results, still brainstorming. Any suggestions how or what I should hang these with?

Cut out letters spelling “WELCOME” painted them, the “FALL” I glued moss on the chipboard and used flexible wire to hold them both.  I even stuck dead leaves… but of course they kept falling…  Get it falling.

I also recycled my cousins peacock feathers from his wedding.  I love to recycle!!!

Birthday Banner:  Black, white, zebra, and pink colors.

Vinyl black pennant, Pennant zebra printed on paper and letters are heavy duty paper.

Note:  I did have fun decorating with Susan & Renee…    I can’t take all the credit of the outcome.   Zebra pinata added crepe ribbon.  So cute!!!

I now have 1″,4″ and 7″ capital alphabet letters to offer. Here are some ideas I’ve done and kept it simple, not bad for using for the 1st time.  Click below pictures to view in detail

1″ Vintage Letters:  Alphabets in yellow

4″ Black Tie Uppercase Letters:  Happy Birthday and T and Y (blue).

Scallop Pennant is used for this birthday banner.

7″ Carefree Uppercase Letters:  Happy Easter (construction paper), Congratulations and Dexter (poster material).

Above is the 1″ Vintage, 4″ Black Tie  and 7″ Carefree Uppercase Letters. In the near future when I have time I’ll be putting one together using fabric material… So stay tuned!!!

So I’ve decided to make small name banners for my daughters cheer group and this is how it turned out. I tried to keep it simple but I just couldn’t stop!  Even with so many steps to creating this project, I had a wonderful time with it.  Soon I will be getting my larger letter sets  4″ & 7″ size.  So stay tuned on how that goes.
